SEASONAL! Roasted pumpkin cake with cardamom and ginger

Standard size cakes are decorated as shown in the picture. For larger cakes, the pastry chef takes a more creative approach. If you would like a larger cake decorated as pictured, please add a note in the "notes" field when placing your order. Select add-ons if you wish otherwise. The head pastry chef recommends ordering a maximum of two add-ons for the cake to make it look fantastic.

Ingredients: pumpkin 23%, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), whipping cream, wheat flour, egg, caramel-flavoured chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), paprika extract, vanilla flavouring), brown sugar, pecan nut, pumpkin seeds, ginger, cardamom, gelatine, salt.

PS! Nicely spicy ginger adds zest to the melt-in-your-mouth cake.

100 g of product contains on average: Energy content 1537 kJ/369 kcal, fat 24.0g, of which saturated fatty acids 14.0g, carbohydrates 31.1g, of which sugars 19.5g, protein 6.6g, salt 0.45g.
