Cottage cheese cake with sea buckthorn and cloudberry

Standard size cakes are decorated as shown in the picture. For larger cakes, the pastry chef takes a more creative approach. If you would like a larger cake decorated as pictured, please add a note in the "notes" field when placing your order. Select add-ons if you wish otherwise. The head pastry chef recommends ordering a maximum of two add-ons for the cake to make it look fantastic.

Ingredients: whipping cream, curd, cottage cheese 19%, cloudberry jam 8% (cloudberries 35%, thickener pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, sugar) , chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), sea buckthorn jam 7%, biscuit (wheat flour, vegetable fat (palm), glucose and fructose syrup, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), peanut butter (peanut 90%, sunflower oil, solid palm fat), bread (rye flour, wheat flour, barley malt extract, yeast), or, vanilla sugar, gelatine, salt.

100g of product contains on average: Energy content 1089kJ/261kcal, fat 15.2g, of which saturated fatty acids 9.0g, carbohydrates 24g, of which sugars 17.4g, protein 6.5g, salt 0.27g.

PS! Balanced tart and mild. The crunchy base makes the cake especially delightful.

For larger quantities, the price is €28/kg. We recommend counting 100-125g of cake per person.
