Fitlap carrot cake (L, N)

Carrot cake was created in collaboration with Fitlap. The process was super exciting and challenging. The cake contains no wheat flour or white sugar. The result – a true balance and a victory of flavours! A guilt-free cake that even rabbits would buy.

Ingredients: Greek yoghurt, carrot 14%, date, apricot puree, honey, coconut oil, egg, Greek nut, flour mix (starch, lupin bean flour, corn flour, linseed flour, soy lecithin), spices, carrageenan, salt.

100g of product contains on average:Energy content 832kJ /199kcal, fats 11.7g, of which saturated fatty acids 6.34g, carbohydrates 18.2g, of which sugars 14.1g, fibre 2.16g, protein 4.2g, salt 0.24g.

1 kg for 8-10 sweet lovers

For larger quantities, the price is €28/kg. We recommend counting 100-125 g of cake per person.
